This beautiful minimal, light cafe is located in Sydney named ‘The Dessert Kitchen”. The name says it all, this place is 10 years old and specialises in health-conscious dessert that contains a minimal of sugar and fat. A perfect place to be, right?
Australian designer Matt Woods had designed the interior of this chain. He focused on natural materials to create a ”calming oases”. Timber, all FSC certified or recycled, plays the key role in the design. The furniture is placed against a background of white bricks, which go up in some walls completely to the ceiling and stop halfway by others.
They used a soft sandy colour palette, you can see these colours in the bench cushions, pink sugar pots and white metal chair legs. We are totally in love with these colours and this beautiful cafe.
